1.  Inquiry question: Many people think women have equal rights to men in a specific job, but in reality what are the differences between men and women, what is holding women back, and what ideas should be in mine for women to have success when it comes to the job of a Healthcare CEO?

2.  Primary Purpose (genre is examine a definition): My thesis that I am testing is... Women in the Healthcare business bring a different, unique, and even helpful style to their positions and companies, so they should receive equality to men because they may be just as beneficial to their companies in the end as a man is.

3.  The ideas I bring to this project are too explain why women are still not equal and examples of why they are not. Also, then elaborating on them and narrowing it down to one specific topic instead of having it so broad. I chose the topic business and then narrowed in down more to one specific job and industry, which is a Healthcare CEO. I chose this topic because I know that women are still unequal in this topic of a woman being a Healthcare CEO for women, so I knew I could be able to have researchable information with that. As I said in my thesis the main points I choose to argue that women should be equal to men in the CEO position in the industry of Healthcare.  The biggest difference is pay that is unequal.  Also, I was going to talk about the satisfaction they take from this job. To add on to that I chose to further explain what is holding women back in this specific job. There are many factors that play a role in this issue, which are stereotypes and discrimination women face, women's overall aspiration, their education and experience, family, and being able to resources they should have. Despite these set backs I am going to talk about in my paper, I feel that women would bring an overall different view to many things then men would. Women’s style would be different, they would have a different tone, and they would take time to look at the bigger picture than what is right in front of them. Also, in my research paper I will be mentioning somethings that have to exist or happen for women to have success as a Healthcare CEO. Before I began developing working knowledge about this topic, I was thinking about how there has been progression with women’s rights, but why are we still unequal with this topic of business and at this top executive position? To build on that, not that I had a personal experience, I know I will be a women in the workforce (not planning on being a CEO, but…) after college or someday, and I really do not like when things are unfair. Plus, this issue of women being unequal to men with jobs has been going on for a long time, and I think there is a time to end it soon with all different occupations. I know this paper will argue my question and thesis with a good amount of information to get a point across in the end.
